At Visionary Empire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you need. Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, we do provide hassle-free exchanges for items within our exchange window.

Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not damaged or altered in any way
  • Include all accessories, documentation, and components

How to Request an Exchange

  2. Provide your order reference number and the reason for your exchange (e.g., color preference, size adjustment, dissatisfaction)
  3. Receive exchange instructions via email
  4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, send your replacement item

Hair Products

Hair extensions, wigs, braiding hair, and bundles are subject to specific conditions:

  • Hair must be uninstalled and in original condition
  • No chemical treatment or styling applied
  • No evidence of wear, washing, or usage
  • Natural discoloration or slight variations are acceptable

Jewelry Products

All jewelry items (bracelets, accessories, etc.) must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact. Minor manufacturing variations are considered normal and acceptable.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved and we receive your item:

  • Items will be inspected within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive confirmation via email
  • We will ship your replacement item at no additional cost
  • Replacements typically ship within 5-10 business days

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago
  • Items with damaged or removed tags
  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

About Our Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective items and items that don't meet your expectations. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to find a suitable replacement that better meets your needs.

Important Note: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as exchanges only. This ensures we can continue to provide high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction through product replacement.

Shipping Costs

Please note the following regarding shipping:

  • We provide free return shipping labels for all exchanges
  • Return shipping to us is covered by Visionary Empire
  • We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item to you
  • No exchange fees apply for items within the 14-day window

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will replace the item at no cost, including prepaid return shipping. Manufacturing defects are covered with a full replacement regardless of the 14-day window. We do not process refunds for defective items; however, we guarantee a replacement.
